“My experience here was amazing, the gorgeous barista, Isha, was super friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She was very professional and sweet, and got my order to me perfectly 🤓 Even while it was very busy she handled the till and the bar wonderfully and everything came out perfect 👌“

“We arrived a little before the mall opened so the cafe was empty when we sat down.

We ordered the three cheese sandwich and cheese with ham, it was very tasty, and we had cappuccino, hot chocolate and orange juice.

I'm just not going to give it five stars because of something that really bothered me (the girl who prepared the hot drinks kept touching her nose, maybe she had an allergy or something like that) but I never saw her sanitizing her hands.

I'm not commenting on this as a criticism, but only as a warning to improve the process. Especially since it's a place that receives many older people.

But I recommend the place with this setting.“

“First time here. I had the Korean chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! I almost asked for a side of the sauce to dip my fries in, but was too full. Eat it fast though, it’s a bit messy/not a first date kind of meal. My husband had the beef dip and enjoyed it, although he mentioned that there was something a little too salty in it. Glad I insisted on trying Sorso!“

“I see a lot of reviews criticizing the service, but I think the service is great! The baristas are friendly and always bring a positive vibe. (Even if there is one or two negative staff, the whole of them completely make up for it!) The service is nice and the inside is very well decorated and clean. It is pretty busy so you may have to wait a bit for your order but that is not an issue. This Starbucks is very nice and I recommend it to anyone!“
