“Can you say hot! I do not know how the temperature of the food can be so hot and yet perfectly cooked. We ate in, which probably is the reason. I ordered dinner for one, which provided me with 2 meals. The egg roll! Wow!

“My son and I stopped In to pick uk an order and the waitress was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable She recommended a number of dishes that catered to my celiac needs …. Of course I went with the staple Singapore chow mein (NOT CELIEC) friendly But I didn’t care it was fantastic The egg roll was not over battered as 90% of Restaraunts usually are and the food was fresh to order Not sitting in a line or under a heat lamp I look forward to going back and sitting down for a lunch or early dinner to the same wonderful and friendly waitress that served my young son and I I recommend everyone give this place a go the restaurant and ambience was actually really well put together and even my nine year old said “dad it’s beautiful in here” the spin tables are a nice touch lol“

“Love this spot. So cute inside and the staff are all really kind. The milk tea is delicious! They don’t use powder so you can really taste the flavors in the tea. The shredded potatoes have a tasty chili oil flavor. And the chicken wings!! I don’t even normally go for chicken wings but these are so good. The batter has this lemony/salty flavor and they are really crispy and fresh. 10/10 recommend.“

“I'm obsessed with this place. Part of me doesn't want to tell anyone about it because it's a hidden gem. Their braised beef soup is amazing. Love the homey service. Love the hole in the wall decor and vibe. None of the plates or cups match and I find that very charming. My go to soup place.“

“Great, speedy, and attentive service— this time was the best. One suggestion: please find out which parking App is needed to park in front of your restaurant. The city of edmonton isn't savvy enough to do it, but it would be very helpful as to avoid a parking ticket... everything else was superb!!“

“My husband and I ordered take out for a busy week so we could have a lazy day and then some leftovers- and this restaurant was a great choice! Great service, lots of options and quick pick up time. The food was hot and delicious. We got the chicken pad Thai, ginger beef, chicken balls, bbq pork, Vietnamese rolls and beef chow mein. I would highly recommend the ginger beef, chow mein, chicken balls and rolls! There is still some things we would like to try on the menu. We will for sure be returning customers!“

“Was pleased with our delivery of items (except the yang chow fried rice).
The steamed shrimp and corn dumplings, pan fried shrimp and chive cake & pan fried eggplant with shrimp was all delicious.
The Szechuan ginger beef was sweeter than I prefer, but the meat was so tender and not dried out like other places.
The dry garlic ribs are the best I’ve ever had in Edmonton.
Beef brisket with radish is also great.
Chicken balls are a good size and not over breaded.
Again the yang chow fried rice was not that good as the rice tasted old and dried out.
Same with the Singapore style rice noodles, just not my favourite compared to other places.
All in all a good choice for ordering in. Will definitely give it another go next time and try some more items.“

“Very quiet place, a hidden gem. We had dim sum on Sunday around lunch time. We had typical dim sum all made to order.
Food came out hot as they were finished each dish. The yummy surprise was the rice rolls in XO sauce, so good.
Highly recommended. Hope you find this hidden gem.“

“Wonderful place and must say we dined frequently at Blue Willow on Jasper Ave many years ago. The service and quality of food remains excellent. Very personalized with owner seating you and assuring every step goes well. Quiet comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“

“it's been a while since I was able to make in time to enjoy a full 10 course meals for an occasion. I have to say it was absolutely phenomenal I don't remember it being so good since it's been that long. I believe there are new owners now, the service the food was superb, the setting environment was clean and comfortable. can't wait to celebrate the next occasion here!“

“Hi. I've been in only three times, but will come by more often now. The people are really nice. The cooks take the orders and you can watch them cook if you like, or sit down in the nice seating area. It's very relaxing in there.
I went in to order out and tried something new...it was great. It had Lotus root! Anyway, I was feeling down and anxious when I popped in but the gentle atmosphere was so soothing it made me smile. Before I knew it my order was ready. I headed home still smiling quietly and enjoyed my lovely meal.

“Found another hidden gem in town. It’s a Nepalese restaurant named Taste of Shangri-la. Tried their Indo-Chinese dishes and they are very delicious. Price, quality and quantity all are very reasonable. Will definitely go again to try other dishes.“

“This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. There food is so good they deserve to get a Guinness World Record for it. I especially recommend trying there orange chicken, special chow mien and shanghai noddles it's by far the best food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Not to mention the fact that the staff here is very friendly and the food is very affordable. I highly recommend going here.“

“I have been living in Edmonton for 3 years, moved from Toronto. This is my favorite chinese take-out. Second is Sai Woo Garden. I have ordered their Mao Cai (extra spicy) with extra order of spicy beef and szechuan fried meat countless times. Also their cumin beef chow mein is really good. If you like spicy chinese food, this is the place to order from.“

“3rd time I go there. The spicy chicken is really good. Today only few pieces was left around 2pm. The gentleman that was working there went above and beyond and made fresh chicken and noodle for me.
Oh and the prices, super cheap for the area.

“Absolutely delicious! BBQ KING CITY is a hidden gem in Edmonton. The meats are always tender and flavorful, especially the marinated squid and BBQ duck—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. “I really love this place! After moving from downtown, I struggled to find a Chinese restaurant for months near Edgemont that I really enjoyed. The owner and staff are all very accommodating and kind, though, and the food is always good and reasonably priced. For $43, dinner for 2 is a great deal. Since I live 15km away, delivery is $6. It's worth it, though, as the ma po tofu, ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, wor won ton soup, and vietnamese spring rolls are all super tasty.“
