“My husband and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary dinner here and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional and each dish was full of flavour. I’ve never made calamari so I don’t know if it’s hard to get it right as I’ve had really tough and rubbery calamari. Sabor’s was exquisite and perfectly done. It was the best meal we’ve had. The staff were friendly, and professional. Our waiter was outstanding, very attentive and certainly competent. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Treat yourself and go.“

“I booked a reservation for our anniversary thru open table, but somehow it reserved a table - at the Prince George restaurant…after speaking to the manager, Stefan, he sat us in the lounge at a nice table by the fireplace, gave us a couple of drinks on the house, and had a great steak dinner, then got a delicious dessert( on the house)… I just want to thank Stefan, our server and the rest of the staff for making our night out a success… Taras Pyzyk“

“My husband and I were looking to have a nice dinner together whilst trying to kill time waiting on family. We had finished our meal and were just having coffee (a standard with us post dinner) and we were approached by the manager asking us if we could accommodate a table that was reserved up top where we were, and he would relocate us to another spot. We had absolutely no issues with that, especially since we were killing time. They moved everything for us and luckily the same waitress even came by in not even her section, just to check on us; which as a past serve I know can be hard but it was acknowledged and appreciated. And on top it all they discounted our bill, which was absolutely unnecessary but GREATLY appreciated. 10/10 will be back to this location, just due to the service alone. Highly recommended. “Very good food, we enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back! The reason it's not a 5/5 for us is that when we were seated it took quite a while for our server to come to our table. Once the service started our waitress was excellent. However once our dinner was over we waited for 15+ minutes to get our bill. The other reason is that they were out of the baked Alaska dessert when we went, which we understood was a popular dish for the night, but still slightly disappointing. We will definitely be going back to try it though!“

“Was pleased with our delivery of items (except the yang chow fried rice).
The steamed shrimp and corn dumplings, pan fried shrimp and chive cake & pan fried eggplant with shrimp was all delicious.
The Szechuan ginger beef was sweeter than I prefer, but the meat was so tender and not dried out like other places.
The dry garlic ribs are the best I’ve ever had in Edmonton.
Beef brisket with radish is also great.
Chicken balls are a good size and not over breaded.
Again the yang chow fried rice was not that good as the rice tasted old and dried out.
Same with the Singapore style rice noodles, just not my favourite compared to other places.
All in all a good choice for ordering in. Will definitely give it another go next time and try some more items.“

“We went during the 4 course special offer for$59.99 with option for wine pairing for additional $20. Very good food, large portions, Our server Christian was very personable as was the General Manager. It was very quiet at the WEM location when we visited last Thursday evening. my Prosecco came in a coupe but Christian quickly changed it over to a flute which I prefer. This is the 3rd time we have visited Atlas in the past 12 months and have always been very pleased with everything. The restaurant is sadly lacking ambience which could be due in part to the large footprint of the space and how spread out it is. However they do have live music on the weekends at WEM which would enhance the overall experience. We will definitely return in the future.“

The interior is very nicely done, welcoming, cleaning and lots of seating. Usually do takeout but it's got a great vibe would eat in. Staff are super nice and willing to explain any differences, kind and courteous.

Prices are decent and have a good variety without being overwhelming. Food was excellent (fried rice and green onion cake), rice was fresh, portion was generous and tastes like heaven. Excited to try other dishes if their chicken fried rice was this good.

“Cantonese food here is just delicious! We can tell each dish was made to order, very tasty, good priced, and large portion sizes. The salted fried rice dish is a bit strong in flavor so it might not be for everyone. Highly recommend the beef fried noodle dish (first picture) and the black pepper beef dish with fried vegetables (third picture). These 5 dishes only come up to just under $100, enough for 4 people and 2 full take out boxes. However, the restaurant can be quite busy and the wait can be quite long. We can tell waiter and waitresses were working hard to keep everyone happy. However good food and high standards take time, so be prepared to wait if the restaurant is full

“My boyfriend and I went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and our experience was just fantastic. We shared a few different plates, a Caesar salad, the Mac and cheese, and the short rib plate. Along with a couple martinis and old fashions. I would recommend all of these, and definitely ask for Lisa. Lisa made our night so enjoyable, she was a wonderful server. We’ll be back again.“

“One of my favorite dim sum restaurants in Edmonton! The place is great for both dim sum and fancy dining. I have come here on numerous occasions, including lunch with friends and celebratory dinners. I love the dim sum options here,but I also really love the course meal combos.
