Starbucks in St. Albert

“I went through the drive-thru and ordered two vendors iced drinks and egg bites and was heading into work. I had both drinks in the tray on my passenger seat and didn't think much of it. I was obviously paying so much attention to the road and not the drinks and one of the drinks fell over and spilled all over my seat. I went back and was fully expecting to pay for a replacement because it was no one's fault but my own. The girl said no, don't worry about it, made another one and handed it to me no charge. Considering I had caramel macciato all over my cloth seat & still had to work I figured I had just set the tone for my day. That nice act completely turned it around. Very much appreciated & so beyond nice. Thank you!“

“We were greeted right through the door. It was nice to see great customer appreciation and service. The store layout is great and they keep it clean. I especially like the shelving. They have epic shelving layout, pleasing to the eye. The colour is appealing and I feel like Christmas exploded in this location. Keep up your efforts.“

“This was my 10th phone call today to different Starbucks in search for some Jade Citrus Mint & Peach Tranquility for my Honey Citrus Mint tea at home. I love this tea and it makes me feel relaxed. Most locations have nothing as it’s discontinued. This beautiful manager at this location understood my situation and she held 8 jade mint and a huge box full of peach tranquility tea bags. I was absolutely blown away. She was kind and pleasant on the phone and she treated me very well. When I arrived, she had everything ready and her team was so thoughtful and quick. They also made me a hot Honey Citrus Mint tea for my drive home and it was made the right way. Wonderful place. Will be back!“

“I had an issue with my chai latte when I purchased it the cup felt very light when I picked it up. I couldn’t deal with it at the time as my driver was waiting for me. I came back later in the afternoon and complained as the liquid in my cup had been an inch below the rim. The manager who dealt with my issue was exceptionally well trained to deal with the issue! He gave me a 4.00 gift card which I said my drink cost over 6.00? He asked me to come by the following day for a free chai latte as I cannot consume that much sugar in the day due to health issues. I went the following day and he replaced my chai latte for free as he remembered me. What exceptional service! Thank you very much . Great management!“
