“We were greeted right through the door. It was nice to see great customer appreciation and service. The store layout is great and they keep it clean. I especially like the shelving. They have epic shelving layout, pleasing to the eye. The colour is appealing and I feel like Christmas exploded in this location. Keep up your efforts.“

“I just had to shoutout to the lovely staff at this Starbucks location for helping me today with a poor sick child, 🤮 on the floor, cleaning up, giving him water and apple juice box and not wanting a cent for it. I hadn’t even ordered anything yet and they still went the extra mile. This may be common decency to some, but in the world we live in- this kindness was really appreciated! Looking forward to visiting here again!“
“This was my 10th phone call today to different Starbucks in search for some Jade Citrus Mint & Peach Tranquility for my Honey Citrus Mint tea at home. I love this tea and it makes me feel relaxed. Most locations have nothing as it’s discontinued. This beautiful manager at this location understood my situation and she held 8 jade mint and a huge box full of peach tranquility tea bags. I was absolutely blown away. She was kind and pleasant on the phone and she treated me very well. When I arrived, she had everything ready and her team was so thoughtful and quick. They also made me a hot Honey Citrus Mint tea for my drive home and it was made the right way. Wonderful place. Will be back!“
“I always come here every other day since i moved to my new workplace across the street. Staff was always friendly and one of them always know my order just by hearing my voice or i dont know how lol, today i ordered from different barista and she made my order wrong mybe she heard coconut milk instead of breve which i always ordered . I came back the moment i saw coconut milk and as always that’s why i like starbucks even they are expensive, they redo my order and not only that, they gave me a starbucks card for my next visit. I really appreciate that gesture and felt valued as a regular customer.“
