There is so much flavor, variety quality, and creativity with the dishes. I got the hot and spicy beef and chick fried rice. Wowwww great job Mei’s!“

“Great Pork Adobo - that's my go to. My second entree is whatever looks good. The people behind the counter never skimp on food. Plenty of seating inside. It is quick, it is tasty - what else do you want? The market side is my go to for lots of produce. The quality is consistently higher than New Sagaya, but the variety is smaller. They seem to only put out good food to sell though; I've never purchased a moldy or rotten thing.

“Stopped by Kenny’s Kitchen in the Tikahtnu Commons area and was really impressed. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the food came out fresh and *hot*, always a win.

The portions are absolutely HUGE. Like, easily split-a-meal huge… or plan-on-leftovers-for-later huge. You definitely get your money’s worth here.

“Decided to give this place a try for the first time so we ordered a few takeout items for dinner at home. We got the food home and it was just great! Everything just as I ordered on the phone. Having been spoiled by truly amazing Asian food in the past, we chose China Lights. We were not disappointed! The food was beautiful and awesome! Very colorful and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and the had a joyful feel. The owner and wait-staff were attentive, kind, and showed a true enjoyment of their jobs. Miss Tracy was genuinely super kind to my daughter and I. “I used to come to Asia Garden regularly in my mid-20s, and I would have recommended it then just as much as I do now. I love the staff and the overall vibe. Karaoke every night after 9pm, plus both a bar and a restaurant. I always feel safe here whether I’m alone or with friends. Never bad vibes. Plenty of free parking too, which is a huge plus comparedto down town.“

“Solid take out Chinese. Alaska isn't exactly known for great Chinese food but Peking Wok works when you are int he mood for it. I'd suggest take or delivery over eating in the dining area, building is cold and often have stuff everywhere.“

“Yeah. Go there for the food, not the service. I’ve been going here for years and the same owner / waitress is always tight lipped and businesslike. Sometimes rude. No smiling- ever. Anyone who writes here that they had excellent customer service should consider themselves blessed. The food makes up for it. Pricing is very reasonable, in my opinion, post-Covid. You get a lot for your money. It’s too bad that the service is so poor. This place could be so much better.“

“Great Asian buffet! Every bit as good and nearly half the price of the other two I go to in Anchorage. Our hostess was so sweet and attentive. I turned my head once to help my sore neck... she thought I needed something and came right over. We shared a laugh when I told her. My girlfriend has put this place first on our Asian food list.
