“A simple Thai menu with really good food. I went with friends and all enjoyed their food. A good place for take away our use the outdoor seating. A pleasant place to be away from the city but you are really just down the hill from it.
Parking: Free 30 minute parking available. “

“We wanted a quiet place for a reunion dinner so we tried Pho Lotus for the first time tonight. It was nice and quiet. The service was outstanding. We were greeted immediately and got water within 30 seconds of being seated. Our server showed up to take our orders less than two minutes later. The food came out surprisingly quickly. Everybody was very happy with their food and the portions were big enough to provide another meal the next day. We will definitely be back.“

“First time tonight, killed my pork plate nicely sliced and crisp to it. Wifey loved the sesame gave it a 8/10 pork I’d say 9/10 more rice please lol and it’s a 4 most of your fountain soda were stale sorry. No where had a decent price on rice plate at a late time not to shabby 🫡“

“The service and food are fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone. The flavor is outstanding. Had Korean bulbolgi, teriyaki chicken, lumpia and gyoza. This will be a regularly visited spot for us. Hats off to the chef and staff!“

“We really enjoy Bernie's and visit often. It's one of the few places to go in Anchorage that you can smoke cigars and have a tasty beverage. Even in the winter they'll fire up the outdoor heaters so you stay warm and dry.
The food is surprisingly good, and service has always been top notch.
This isn't a posh bar, but it's a fantastic lounge and place to hang out. They do what they do very well.“

“We have been eating at Taste of Thai since 2011 and keep coming back. This is the best Thai restaurant in Anchorage. Our favorites are garlic and peppercorn halibut, yellow curry, panang curry, cashew nut chicken and pork stew. Our kids fight over the food as it comes out.“

“This place is always excellent. We love the handmade drunken noodles, the pad thai, and all of their pho dishes. This is the only restaurant that I've seen serving Khao Poon and Khao Piak, and it is delicious. This isn't a fancy spot, but there is plenty of seating, the service is wonderful, and the food is always delicious. This spot is worth the drive from Eagle River for take out, and it's always still piping hot when we get home. Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: Thai noodles and starches used are mostly tapioca or rice based, so most options are gluten free (ask for help avoiding dishes with soy sauce) and I don't think there's anything with dairy served here at all, besides Thai tea and coffee. There are lots of options for vegetarians, as well.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment with high-chairs.“

“Bro at the counter is always chill as hell and accomodating. Then the food itself lemme tell yah the fried rice may look bland but its honestly my favorite in town and they always hook u up on the portions and trust me when i say the flavor is there its amazing me and my friends almost always buy from there when we go to the mall“
