“The customer service was excellent, the food was well reasonably priced and there was something for everyone. The food was really great and it came out to the table quickly. When we came in, the owner greeted us and opened the doors for my elderly grandmother. 10/10 would eat here again. I’m telling all my friends to drop by and get something here now on.“

“I got a blended white chocolate with two shots of espresso. The taste was spot on, but it has a couple ice chunks. There is another coffee hut that blends their drinks and they almost seem like a frozen mousse. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's the blender or the amount of time blending the ice. The barista was super friendly helping suggest a fruity drink for my friend that has several weird fruit and berry allergies.“

“I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is always on point, my favorite is the fire steak roll. The atmosphere is beautiful and serene and the service is always on point. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone! And thank you for offering a great value for a fair price!“

“If you want food to go and don't want to pay a $6 cover charge to the bar. You have to go through the side door. This takes you to the back of the kitchen. I've seen many kitchens. Some clean some not so clean.This was right in the middle. But dirty kitchens is where some of the best food comes from. Food was very good.I just wish I didn't see where it came from.“

“Just googled for Indian restaurant and was delighted to see this one in Alaska. It’s a quiet, neat cozy restaurant. Ordered vegetarian thalis. The food was so authentic and tasty. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone.“

“First time trying the fruit crepes today and it is sooooo delicious. I highly recommend trying them out. I order the beef lo-mein and keep seeing the crepes but always scared to try them. So glad I bought it ate half and can eat the other half later. 5 star from me.“

“I’ve been to hot licks for my first time visiting family in Alaska in 2019. Then I moved here in 2024 and went every other time they were open in the summer. I love how fresh and homemade the ice cream is and I also love the drink shakes they make.“

“OK. This might be a little long/different type post from me but I want to give a big plus to a waitress. We were in Fairbanks Alaska at The Pump House. We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BEST Food in Fairbanks, Alaska! I recently dined at Jazz Bistro On 4th and was blown away by the experience! Chef Tony is absolutely fabulous, and his culinary skills are exceptional. Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.“
