We had an absolutely amazing experience at Base Camp Bistro! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the customer service was truly outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our experience even more special.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Great food, wonderful service, and such a lovely environment. If you’re in Talkeetna, Base Camp Bistro is definitely a must-visit!

The mountain is out today! Had the Alaskan Summer Salad with grilled salmon. Salmon was moist, figs, strawberries and blueberries added a sweet note. Would definately order again!

This was a bit too cruise-ship-touristy and cafeteria-like for me. It was clean, with nice bathrooms and an interesting gift shop. There was live music happening while we were there also. The dining room was cramped and loud, but we lucked out and got a table by the window so we had a nice view, and our waitress was really great.
