“BEST DAMN CHICKEN I HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!!!!
I don't live anywhere near Birmingham, but when I have to go to Birmingham airport, I make sure I stop here for the chicken and tamales.
The food is ALWAYS hot and seasoned to perfection. The chicken is so juicy and crunchy 😋
The tamales has great flavor and hot.
Oh, don't skip out on the fried fish. Ordered fish for my parents and they fell in love and demanded I get some more the next day. 😆“

“Mistakes at Chik Fil A are rare, so when they do happen, it is very disappointing. Staff was friendly as usual, but the gentleman taking my order was either hard of hearing or took it upon himself to reduce my calories. Instead of a large sweet tea and a 12 count of nuggets, I was given a medium tea and an 8 count of nuggets. The tea was fixed at the window, but I didn't discover the wrong nugget count until I was home. Maybe Chik Fil A should adopt a policy of repeating the order back to the customer to confirm?“

“Tahish i think was his name, im not too sure but he was the extremely kind Indian man who works there and my girlfriend accidentally knocked her salad off of the table and he was on break and saw it happen. we walked up to the register so i could buy her another one and he covered it for us and was just very kind about it. he did that without thinking twice about it and did so with grace. we need more people like him in the world. Thank you again sir!!!“

“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

It was kind of entertaining, there were several people ahead of me in line and the staff called "next person please" and even repeat it several times and customers would just stand there and not move up...
