“Mistakes at Chik Fil A are rare, so when they do happen, it is very disappointing. Staff was friendly as usual, but the gentleman taking my order was either hard of hearing or took it upon himself to reduce my calories. Instead of a large sweet tea and a 12 count of nuggets, I was given a medium tea and an 8 count of nuggets. The tea was fixed at the window, but I didn't discover the wrong nugget count until I was home. Maybe Chik Fil A should adopt a policy of repeating the order back to the customer to confirm?“

“The Alabaster, AL Arby's was great.
The food was good, the service was excellent & the atmosphere was CLEAN. I shared my 2nd BOGO roast beef sandwich with 2 stray kitty cats hiding in the bushes outside. If you're ever in the area, they would probably appreciate a snack, a hug & possibly a forever home. 😻🙀

“I’ve worked at the hospital for five years and have used this Pizza Hut so many times! These guys are always on point! They know my name!!! They greet me with a smile every time I walk in. My order has been messed up ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered (countless times); When I came back and told them about it, they made it right (I wasn’t expecting that at all). “I had a wonderful experience here! So I left my debit card in the drive through after I got off work, and parked in the lot to eat after a long day. Soon enough I get a call from my boss saying Panda Express called to notify that I left my card! So I walk back inside and spoke to the person who helped me in the drive-thru, and they said they paid attention to my uniform and appearance and called the workplace to get in touch with me. And I think it’s so admirable that someone cared that much even though we’re complete strangers. That single act of kindness really made my day and it’s that integrity and honesty that truly shined.
