“Chick-fil-A is always fast and friendly. This particular location was swamped with interstate traffic. Even still, after ordering at the counter, I was handed all our food (which was hot and fresh) and drinks before my change was counted back to me. Crazy fast!“

“Even though I came 15 minutes before closing, I was served fresh hot food with great attitudes and manners. The original classic chicken sandwich was delicious. I also tried the new fried cheese bites with strawberry sauce and those were delicious as well. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!“

“My favorite Ashley Mac’s meal is the pimento grilled cheese (topped with poppy’s pickles), broccoli slaw, and a slice of strawberry cake. It always hits the spot! I also love that I can order ahead online to avoid a longer wait time during busy hours.“

Do not be afraid to get a half muffuletta, we took half of that half home! We travel the country full-time and love finding places like this. We went twice during the week we were in the area.“

“It is the best organic Mexican food that I have had. Everything is fresh and delicious. If you like Mexican food like I do, you really need to try it. “Love Clean Eatz. I stumbled across them on a Google search for healthy food establishments as I’m in the process of losing weight and they were one of the top choices to try. Since I tried them out, I have been coming back if I don’t bring a meal with me to work. Thus far have lost 20 pounds thanks to them and the great food they provide. Definitely recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the Mac n cheese. It is amazing!“

“Chick-fil-A is always reliable! Like all of us Southerners, one or more members of my family (in the greater Birmingham area or the Buckhead Atlanta area) eats at a Chick-fil-A at least a few times every week and no one has ever eaten improperly cooked, old, bad, or scary-tasting food. Calera isn't as good as, say, Alabaster, but it's still a good one!“

“Today, my family and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Slice. With us were my son’s classmates and teachers. Among the items were the very veggie pesto pizza, a meaty pizza of some sort, pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and cheese sticks. All of the food was top quality and delicious. To top this all off, our server Ashley was both professional and kind. We will recommend Slice to all our friends coming to Montevallo from now on! Thank you so much for your hospitality!“

“We really like eating here, it is in our lunch roulette. The wings are great, I would highly recommend them, but the tacos are good too and the cheeseburger is good too. They are not the fastest game in town, so be prepared for a little longer lunch break, but the food is worth it. I haven't had any of their beers, but I do know they have a large variety and a lot of local selections too. We do frequent this location and plan to be back soon

Parking: This location shares spots with other retailers and an apartment complex behind it, and the number of spaces are limited.“

“I go there because my wife likes it, I haven't found a Rest yet. Italian who cook real Italian food. Here in Al. I have been a cook for many years. But it's not that bad. The food I ordered was chicken sautéed in peppers, but they added too much pepper and onion and one didn't get the flavor of the other.“

“I went with my son and his class yesterday while on their field trip. Enjoyable experience, very helpful staff. It was kind of entertaining, there were several people ahead of me in line and the staff called "next person please" and even repeat it several times and customers would just stand there and not move up... “Ah yes, the perfect alternative to Chick-Fil-A, but don't get your hopes up, it won't replace it for me but I used to doubt Zaxby's before but it's now pretty good!!Food: Alright, I'm gonna get straightforward into it, boneless wings, chicken fingers, crinkle fries with seasoning and alfunnel cake (best item on the menu) with caramel sauce, ranch and Zax's sauce. Fabulous?✨ The Zax sauce is similar but not identical to Raising Canes and Guthrie's, not taste wise but look wise yes. Seasoning on fries is top notch. Two types of chicken, what more can you ask for?Atmosphere: About as much as I expected from a chicken place, it has that southern vibe to it, all the decorations and lighting make it so alive. The seats have their own light to them so that's something for guests to enjoy.Service: While not much, the staff were reasonable enough to understand my order and give it to me in person, asking for my name so they can find the right person to give the order too and asking if it is to-go or if it's eating in the restaurant.“
