“We have always enjoyed Baha Burger. Due to medical issues, it’s been some time since we last ate there. The owner was always so courteous to us and eager for us try new things. He introduced me to the delicious remoulade that is a must for all things I order. However, our most recent experience made us feel differently. I know people have off days. We are all entitled to them….BUT…while we were eating, we overheard the owner yelling at the cook (he was standing directly behind us) about how many tater tots he put on my sons plate. He said it was too much for a child portion and went on and on about it. There were nine tater tots on his plate and he ate them all. My son overheard him yelling at the cook and asked me if he should give some of them back. That hurt my heart that my five year old felt guilty eating a meal that was set in front of him. I’m sure we will still give them our business because the food is amazing. I just hope the owner understands that sometimes things should be handled differently. Nine tater tots was not a true reason to have gotten so upset. Now if it had been ten….😜“

In addition, they offer throughout the week live music entertainment, 1/2 off wine on Wednesday, kid’s eat free on Tuesdays, Cooking classes, and bouncy house for kiddos on the weekends. “Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!“

“My husband and I went today for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was outstanding! We had the goat biriyani, beef samosas, and beef boti with garlic naan bread. All of it was delicious! And the owner behind the counter was very friendly and engaging! We enjoyed talking with her and will definitely be back.“

“WOW, was this great! Just traveling through and in town for a week, saw this place and thought we'd check it out. I had the sampler platter and my mom had the shrimp kabobs. Everything was amazing!! With the exception of gyros and baklava, I haven't had much Mediterranean food... I'm not even sure what was what on that sampler lol. Separately, it was yummy, but then I started putting bites together and dang near polished the whole thing off myself because it was so deliciousI couldn't stop. Plus, that baklava was to die for! I've had a lot of baklava in my 43 years, but that was the best I ever ate by a long shot.

And the staff was so pleasant and helpful too! If I ever find myself back in town, we'll definitely return.“

I was also thrilled to find a non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz, and it was the best I’ve ever had. We already love Vecchia Pizzeria & Mercato, so we had no doubt this newest addition to the Vecchia family would be amazing, and it did not disappoint. It was so good that we went back after our event to bring home some of their Italian baked goods. Yes, twice in one day. We can’t wait to make this part of our regular rotation. Highly recommend! 🍋“

“We really like eating here, it is in our lunch roulette. The wings are great, I would highly recommend them, but the tacos are good too and the cheeseburger is good too. They are not the fastest game in town, so be prepared for a little longer lunch break, but the food is worth it. I haven't had any of their beers, but I do know they have a large variety and a lot of local selections too. We do frequent this location and plan to be back soon

“I go there because my wife likes it, I haven't found a Rest yet. Italian who cook real Italian food. Here in Al. I have been a cook for many years. But it's not that bad. The food I ordered was chicken sautéed in peppers, but they added too much pepper and onion and one didn't get the flavor of the other.“
