“I know today about 1 or so the staff was struggling with orders. Several of us were asked to pull up through the drive thru line. I just want to say that my chicken sandwiches were fresh hot and very good today. Be patient because in my case it paid off in some good food and a correct order.“

“Service is good and food is good my only complaint is there’s not enough sausage in the gravy. I travel for work a lot and a single gravy from jacks is often part of my breakfast wherever I go, most every one I go to there’s a chunk of sausage in almost every bite of biscuit I take. This has been my hometown jacks and I hate complaining as I’m sure there is some standard that is being upheld but I just find it slightly disappointing when I open the tray to find one or two tiny chunks of sausage compared to how it is at other locations.“

I have not found a sonic that could make a good cream slush in years since they took it off the menu, but they knocked it out of the park today!!!
