“Same Location, New Ownership, Great Food and Great Service!! I have gone to this location 3 times with my friend Chuck in Andalusia when we are working in the area since new ownership is now in place. Josh and his new ownership group has taken over and it is a 5 out of 5. I met the new owner Josh and he has a personal touch on the restaurant. Clean restaurant, friendly service and Best chicken, fries and biscuits in Andalusia.
Parking: Parking is great. Clean lot. Plenty of space.“

“We tried to use the drive thru and our simple order of 3 reg tacos, no cheese was messed up. Went inside, told the guy our drive thru order was wrong. Paid again and they still managed to get it wrong. Finally left with my right order. 🙄😂“

“i never really eat here but i’m definitely about to start! it’s my birthday today and arby’s made it feel special for sure. the guy with tattoos named tyler actually sang me happy birthday. thank you so much it put a smile on my face, i forget there is still good in this world sometimes. everyone please be like tyler and put smiles on peoples face no matter what.“

“Monday 1/22/24 Time: 7:30 pm My family and I went in to be waited to be seated and the workers didnt even welcome us. They looked very upset that we walked in. One employee looked like she didnt want to wait on us as she went behind the counter to take a drink of her drink and then attempted to run into the kitchen area like she was gonna be sick. Hollared for someone else. She came over and asked us what we wanted with a very rude attitude. We said we would like to dine-in. She puts her head down and said something to someone and we stood there for a few mins. in confusion.So we felt very unwelcome and we left. As we left one of the pizza makers waved and said "Bye" Review: very poor of employees and didn't feel welcomed. Was very dissatisfied and will not be goin back. Sad thing is that you use to feel welcomed and be in the presents of great employees.“

“Decided to have a wonderful breakfast at Hardee's this morning and boy was I wrong. I waited at the counter for 18 mins for someone to take my order, not 1 worker acknowledged me or said anything to me like "I'll be with you in just a min or anything". You have a chick with pink hair just walking around, 1 chick out in the parking lot talking to people, and 1 cook cooking, and a old lady who you cant understand calling out orders. A gentleman ordered coffee and even paid for it and then only to get told they don't have coffee so he walked out. Then another lady (customer) wait over 27mins for her food and then finally got it 10 mins later. I finally had my fill from all the inconsiderate and rudeness from the employees and unprofessionalism. I will not be back.“

“I can not thank captain d’s enough I recently brought my grandfather from the nursing home to try fried oysters my lord the service was outstanding our food came out hot and fresh customer service was excellent there was this particular lady I think she told us she recently became general manager if I can recall if I can give that women the shirt off my back I would not only was her customer service excellent she helped my grandfather with all his concerns . 10/10 experience we will be back ❤️“

“The food was fresh and hot. We were there about 3pm on Sunday. The lady who took our order was super gracious and friendly. We didn't hear our order called; it was cheerfully delivered to our table. Frankly, I have never been in such a friendly and meticulously clean McDonald's. We did not know the staff yet were treated like cherished friends. A wonderful experience for the 5 of us.“

“I have to brag on A Miss Leslie at Jack’s in the Andalusia Alabama location. My order got messed up and I called backs and no big deal but I could not return today. Miss Leslie made it right fix my order and made sure I was charged the right amount. Miss Leslie went out of her way and delivered my order to my job with a smile. I will definitely be back to Jack’s. She gave great customer service with a smile, and that is hard to beat at most places. All the employees are very nice and great you with a smile when I come through the drive through. Thank you miss Leslie for me being able to get my linked sausage biscuit that I had a hanker for today. 😊 I am not sure why it shows my husband given the review, but my name is Sandra Sage and I’m the one giving the review. 😊“
