Went to jacks several times in Forrest City Arkansas. And the service is awful since the big bosses left. It can't be fast food when there are more than 7 people in one line and only 1 cashier taking orders. This establishment started out great, but not now. Very bad service and building is unclean as well. Was looking forward to having a new fast food place in town, but not now. I don't plan on going back.
I received a text from Clarissa stating they will work to improve hygiene but my issue was employees handling their phones while on the clock. Phones get put down any where. They carry germs that transfer to the employee's hands and ultimately to the food you eat. I also called and left several messages for people in the corporate office om their voicemails. I visited the Jacks in Harpersville, Al. There’s only one in our small town. When I pulled into the parking lot ,I should have just left but the senior citizen that I bought out to lunch wanted to eat there. The parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. We went to the handicap parking space, got out the car only to find out that the door on that side was out of order. Back to the car we go to go to the other side.
