I visited the Jacks in Harpersville, Al. There’s only one in our small town. When I pulled into the parking lot ,I should have just left but the senior citizen that I bought out to lunch wanted to eat there. The parking lot is filthy with trash everywhere. We went to the handicap parking space, got out the car only to find out that the door on that side was out of order. Back to the car we go to go to the other side. Bought catfish plates fries were cold and had been sitting. Ordered large tea gave a medium.
I had to pull up and wait on food. I ask about my large tea.. Again she had to go back inside and get drink.
You would at least they would offer to replace your food.
They never get anything correct.
Don't mind paying for my food but I want it fresh.
