“If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place really knows what it’s doing. The food ranks among the best I’ve had, and the whole setting feels ideal for a date night or a business dinner.

The atmosphere leans upscale, so it’s the kind of spot where business casual, Sunday best, or slightly dressier attire fits right in. Prices are on the higher side, but for a special occasion it’s absolutely worth it. The wait staff are polished, attentive, and very professional, which ties the entire experience together.“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! This is easily in the top 5 coffee shops I’ve ever visited. Tim is a barista’s barista, pleasant to talk to, knows his craft and ready to share his excitement about coffee. The espresso was delicious, smooth, fragrant, sweet, not overly acidic or bitter. The other drinks celebrate the coffee without distracting from it, something I don’t see nearly as often as I’d like.

The shop itself is a welcoming space, lots of natural light, comfortable environment. Great vibe all the way around.

Prices are absolutely fair considering the quality of service and product I received. I’m absolutely coming back ASAP.“

“Wow, wow, wow. When I asked the waiter, how long the restaurant had been there, I was almost mad at myself when he told me it has been in Birmingham eight years. Why didn’t I find this place sooner? I went with my sister and my brother-in-law for dinner, we felt like we were eating in the French quarter. It’s the best Cajun food I’ve had north of New Orleans. You must try the shrimp, poor boy, better yet get the surf and turf because the roast beef will blow your mind. My sister and I also had the gumbo, the hush puppies are Devine, succotash was really good, and oh my wonderful tastebuds, the muffaletta was something like you would have on Bourbon Street. If you like Cajun food, this place has great food and a fun environment with lots of outdoor seating. Dog friendly to boot! I highly recommend that you try this at least once if you live in Birmingham or are visiting.“

“I had an 'Iron City ESB' and a 'Loose Your Way' Hazy IPA, and they were fresh! The hazy had an amazing hoppy & tropical nose imbued by Citra and Amarillo hops. The ESB is an English style ale, caramel and malt-forward with a balanced bitterness. Birmingham District Brewing is definitely on my list of favorite breweries in the area.“
