“Visited the restaurant this evening with my Son. Food service was so fast and a lovely, pleasant lady came to our table with it. She said her name was BHAVNA and I was so impressed with how fast she was working on the restaurant floor. I would also like to highlight how immaculately clean the place was. All bin areas were spotless, no food on the floor anywhere and chairs positioned perfectly around tables inviting for customers to dine at. From what I saw of her working I believe she was responsible for this. For a change it was very nice to eat in a fast food environment/chain which was finger print clean and no dirty/sticky tables around. The windows and window sills didn’t have a single mark on them. Well done Popeyes and BHAVNA.“

Although the restaurant was temporarily closed for maintenance and updates, Shmeka was incredibly kind, courteous, and patient while explaining the situation to customers. What stands out most is that her excellent service isn’t limited to this one interaction. Every time my family and I visit this location, Shmeka greets us with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Her dedication to providing a great customer experience is evident in the way she leads her team and interacts with guests. “Best Popeyes around. The restaurant was spotless, the food was amazing but the service was the best! Mind you, this was around 12:30 during a lunch rush and my order was for four people. The food came out fast and my complicated order was perfect and wonderful. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful! Ms. Bri and her two associates could not have been more perfect!
