Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is gaining popularity for its enjoyable dining experience and good food. Customers appreciate the comfortable dining room with cushioned chairs, making it a pleasant place to eat. The drive-thru service is quick and cheerful, with favorites like the grilled zalad with zabys sauce being popular choices. However, there are some concerns, particularly with order accuracy, as sauces are frequently missing from takeout orders. Additionally, some feedback suggests that the drive-thru staff could benefit from a calmer approach. Overall, Zaxby's offers tasty meals but could improve on sauce selection for takeout orders.
