“The best experience I have had at a restaurant this year! The owner clearly cares about not only the absolutely amazing and fresh food, but a top-tier customer experience as well. Me and my girlfriend ordered about 5 things off of the menu and truly were blown away every time a dish was brought out. The owner also recommended a bundle of sauces that are made a plenty in this wonderful restaurant. My favorites are The Dictator and Jason’s Mom. A true 6-star experience at a great restaurant!“

“I Went Captain Ds on government street yesterday! (4/18/23)About 5ish drive thru! Customer services was amazing the drive thru young lady cashier was so friendly. The cooked had passion about his food you can tell how my food was plated in box up I order giant fish sandwich and 2pc Batter fish added shrimps and stuffed crabs! Everything was hot and fresh! “Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 19 year old daughter with learning disabilities and they love it. Hard to make both happy at one place but checkers nailed it. “The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.
