“It was a Saturday morning and it was packed full with customers. We found two open seats at the bar and took them. With as busy as they were and how hard the line cooks were working, I was extremely, highly pleased with my sausage hash brown bowl. My girlfriend got the bacon hash brown bowl and I was jealous. Everyone was surprisingly cheerful for how busy they were. It was an unexpected fantastic experience. I tipped a $22 ticket $10 because they were working as hard as they were.
