“I usually don’t order via drive-thru because I’ve had my fair share of mean folks, and I get anxious at times, but I went through drive-thru a few moments ago and the folks working here are really nice!! Excellent customer service! No wait time either, they work fast! I ordered a $6 biggie bag and my order was correct, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Thank you for a wonderful lunch 💕“

“Way better that the McDonald's right across the road. No stupid electric kiosk, no digital menu signage that's hard to read, simple menu and much nicer people that the rude GM Alyssa at McDonald's.
The cashier was nice and considerate and actually knew how to work the register.
By far a superior place than McDonald's... Not even their CEO can stand their food (McDonald's CEO that is)“

“1 star worst hardees ever will never go back l placed order and was told i had to wait for a strawberry lemonade u ordered 2 i advised them i couldn't wait so she said one moment then she only gave 1 i told her we had 2 gave her the receipt then she gave me 2nd one never apologized while the mgr was right there then the lemonade was 2.09 was disgusting called the mgr she didn't apologize then the district mgr and neither did she apologize i asked for my money back originally because the cashier was being rude i will never ever go again“

“You know, I love their French fries, always have. I tried the Bacon Double Melt, it was very good - warm after a 15 minute drive + being freezing, food gets cold fast. Point being, it was made relatively recently, within 5 minutes, of my order bc it was still good & hot/warm when I took the first bite. Fries were still hot on a bag nab otw home, all in all - not greasy, hot food for $12. Better than MOST.“

“Staff was helpful and nice. The lady who took my order was super professional and sweet to me. Food is a good price. Came out hot and tasted good. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. The only thing to improve on is in the dining room. The ac unit(or ice maker or something) makes a loud grinding noise. That’s literally the only thing that stops this from being perfect“

“I had to ask for the status on my order as the screen had said it was on its way out. 20+ minutes after my card was charged, and I checked, I received my order. I had only ordered a small shake and a large slush. My shake had been sitting as it was melted, and the cherry had sunk to the bottom. I had prepaid the tip. I won't do that again . They are usually very good, so maybe just an off time. No worries, as I'll be back. Have a great day, and thank you for all you do.“

“That. Forgot our bacon on hamburger was left off and the. Manager I talk him hey he was very polite and apologetic said that he wouldn't fix us another hamburger or we could come by at our convenience to get it it would have been the second shift manager on December the 29th that was working and we are regular customers and we will be coming back five stars for the manager“
