I wanted their strawberry fields salad for lunch, but when I went to the drive through, a huge power outage in the area temporarily closed the restaurant. The manager came to my car to tell me this; I jokingly said I don't get my favorite salad today, I guess. The manager offered to make the salad without chicken, which was fine with me, and at no charge. This was such a nice gesture and was truly appreciated! I hope Culver's sees my review and appreciates the great customer service by this young man.“

“Happened to be in the area for anniversary getaway, booked a last minute reservation, no expectations and left feeling like royalty. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like the evening was crafted just for us. If they ever start shipping it, we’ll be first in line.

Dessert was a showstopper: the Thirteen Layers Chocolate Cake was rich and indulgent, and the complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate our anniversary were the sweetest touch, literally and emotionally.

“Friends and I went for the Sunday morning brunch. The seating area has a very nice view. The brunch had an omelette made to order area with many add ins. There was a table with eggs, french toast sticks, fruit, bacon and sausage. There was a very nice variety Giant cinnamon rolls were delicious. The wait staff was attentive.“

We were asked to pull forward to allow the drive through to continue moving while they finished our order which included shakes, ice creams, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and chili cheese fries. “We got there at 9pm, thinking they closed at 10. They close at 9:30 on Sundays. They were SO kind to us. The owner/manager came out to our table to make sure everything was to our liking, our waitress was amazing. We got the red snapper, surf and turf, sushi, lobster Mac and firecracker shrimp. Everything was delicious. The macaroni by itself on the surf & turf plate was the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Lobster Mac was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked. The fish was the best I’ve ever had. The way they told us we could stay as long as we like. We were tired from the beach so we left about 9:40 but wow, I’ll never forget this place! Instead of being annoyed, they treated us like gold.“

“Located inside Perdido Beach Resort. We had a really good time dining here. Very kid friendly menu. We ordered appetizers (Spin Dip and Steak Fries), kids Shrimp Alfredo, shrimp and grits, fish tacos (served with sweet potato tots) and a bacon burger. All of the food was tasty. The service was a little slow, but she was very friendly. Prices weren’t too bad either. Even with bar drinks a party of 4 ate for $150.“

“So I read the reviews just now.. í just started working here and find it to be super cool! The staff is great . I read there were unfriendly staff members . Well I can assure you whoever that was is no longer here working . Because everybody seems family like and super friendly and accommodating to all who come to the texaco summit . Great food , very clean and stocked and extremely organized too . So if your experience before was awful. Try again I promise you will see a huge difference. We are here for you guys . “I tried the Tin Top for the first time today (lunch on a Saturday), I was dining alone, as I really just stopped by to check the place out. We are opening an Airbnb about a half mile for the restaurant and want to be able to recommend it to our guests. Food was pretty good, I had a basic hamburger and slice of key lime pie, I think that their dinners may be more impressive, as it is a popular spot. They have all you can eat on Wednesday, I believe it was mullet and catfish. They had a prime rib special on the board for $34. Overall it was a pleasant experience, however it took the staff 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there, they asked if I would like to be seated at the bar, when I declined the girl gave me a bit of an irritated vibe, she wasn’t rude, but just let her annoyance show a little, i was one person taking a full 4 top table. Once seated, it took my actual server at least 5-6 minutes to get to my table, she was very sweet, and super friendly. She got my order and bring my drink, she did a nice job of keeping my drink glass full, but my meal was delivered (by someone else) with no burger toppings whatsoever, just a burger on a bun with cheese… at $14 a little lettuce, tomato pickle etc is nice. It took her a while to come back and she actually noticed that it was a bare naked burger and fries, offered to run back and get toppings, that took another 5 minutes, bu this time my food was cold. When she stopped back she had my bill, but had not brought my pie (I preordered it with my food). She picked up the bill added the pie and you guessed it, it took her a really long time to come back with the pie, like almost 10 minutes. The pie is just key lime pie, it was not the best I have had and certainly by no means the worst, it doesn’t have any whip cream on it and it is a pretty small slice for $8. After I finished my pie it took a long time again to get my updated bill, and I actually had to grab her and just hand her my cr card to pay so I could leave. It took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to have lunch (1 person) it wasn’t real busy, I would say probably 60% capacity, and it was lunch not dinner, on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely try this place again, as the food warrants a redo, but if the service is the same, this would not be a repeat for a 3rd visit, it good food, but not good enough to be sooo slow.“

“We tried this diner the first morning we were in town for the 52nd Shrimp Festival. We were so impressed with the huge menu, the fabulous food, and the amazing service, we went back several times while we were there. Everyone there was so nice. Our server, Arwa was precious and created a truly joyful experience each time we were there. I hope we have the opportunity to visit Gulf Shores again soon. “My husband loves liver and onions. That’s a dish I don’t cook at home. We’ve been here for 15 years now and on a regular basis we go to Kitty’s Kafe’ for liver and onions. He particularly likes the green beans. We love the people and the atmosphere. One day I’ll take photos of our cat to add to their collection.“

“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.“

“Madelia was attentive and efficient, but accused me of not ordering the shrimp I had asked for (instead of saying, “Oh, I didn’t hear you” or “I’m sorry, I must’ve misunderstood”). Then, after she had left the check, we used the QR pay-by-phone option posted at our table. When we got up and left she chased us out of the store saying we hadn’t paid. I told her we had and walked back into the store so she could confirm.

The food was good. The atmosphere was good. And, except for making us feel like liars and criminals, I’m confident our server is competent and capable. I just wish our interaction hadn’t left a bad taste in our mouths….“

We worked with Megan, the event coordinator, who was fantastic. She even called the day before the party to confirm all the final details and answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.

The facility was clean, safe, and well-organized. The pizza was delicious — much better than what we’ve had at similar places in other cities (looking at you, Pensacola!). The kids had an absolute blast with bowling, laser tag, and they finished the day enjoying the arcade games. And we weren’t rushed!
