I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. “Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play place at this location.

“I see the food truck at my job all the time, but never tried it. Today I decided to try it for the first time. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavors were crazy good, and meshed so well together! Can’t wait until the next visit!“

The next time we come through Birmingham, we will definitely stop by!We had lemon pepper wings, Philly cheesesteak, fried green tomatoes, cheese fries, and the pork chop plate. “Went through the drive-thru and was helped by Reeve, he was incredible! Visibly tired, yet full of grace, smiling through it all without a word of complaint. It was the first time someone offered to pray for me specifically at the Chick-fil-A drivethru, and his prayer was heartfelt, clean, and clearly Christ-centered. Truly a standout employee!“

“I haven't ate here in over 8ys, so I decided to stop for the heck of it. My food was fresh and hot and service was pretty quick, so this was a win.

Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.

Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly“

“Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

“Restaurant was very busy. I decided to go through the drive through and there was 2 cars in front of me. Took a little bit to get food but is very understandable considering how busy they was. Received everything I order and the food was hot and fresh and very delicious. They employees I encountered was very friendly. This is a frequent place I visit when in the area and the great food and friendly employees is why I always go back“
