“Had a wonderful server. We were celebrating both our recent B-days. We got a yummy fudge cake with ice cream after our meal. Server was very kind, and attentive. We had the lunch specials. Oldtimers with Fry's. Well, at least me. A old timer, having a Old Timers hamburger. Had my first one at the Dallas location over 40 years ago in the early 1980's. 😃“

“Stopped in for lunch with my toddler and sat outside. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, which was a nice start. Food-wise…it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst either. I’d eat here again.

The kid’s corn dogs were a hit and my daughter devoured them. Fries were very salty (which I actually love), but a bit much for my toddler, so I kept those to myself. The egg rolls were just okay, like a 3/5. They needed a better dipping sauce…. not sure what exactly, but the ones that came with it were kinda blah.

Wings had good flavor, but they had that weird fridge taste… might’ve just been me. I took them home, tossed them in some hot BBQ sauce, hit them with the air fryer, and they turned out pretty tasty.

Sitting outside was fine, but a few patio fans would’ve helped with the heat. There were a lot of flies, but hey….. that’s just outdoor dining sometimes.

Oh and when it’s time to pay, you have to pay on their handheld device and it’s just annoying to me. It’s 2025, just give me a receipt with a QR Code to scan (with exception of paying cash).

Overall, chill spot. I’d come back.“

“All around experience was phenomenal! The name of the club was perfect, theme song for the night was "Issa Vibe". Reserved one of the birthday sections, which was beautiful. The whole club is nicely decorated, even the outdoor stage and seating area continued the nice laid back ambiance. The staff was friendly and accomadating, security was attentive and welcoming, Bando the DJ kept the vibe going reading the room well. Last but not least when the food truck opened up, we started dancing all over again when he brought the plates to wings and fries were on point.The review is a little long, but I wanted to express how much fun I had at such an awesome venue, we will definitely be back. “Went to 2 different locations before visiting Prive/Palace. You get entry to the restaurant for free and the club in back for $10. Security will check you before entering and parking spaces were nice.

The bartender was very nice and the people eating were also very nice. We ate wings, fries, catfish nuggets and had some drinks in between visits to the back club“

“I walked from the hotel and dare I say that the walk was a little sketchy. If I had to guess, I’d say that I wasn’t in the most favorable area of Birmingham, but nevertheless I blended in because I was in a familiar environment. “Let's get started, on Friday the 14th Dana and Steven stopped in while attending the Alabama Fiber Festival at the Brewery next door on Friday for lunch. So glad we did their French Onion Soup was absolutely delicious and the Smash Burgers unbelievable. So good we went back on Saturday We had the Pub Sub and Macaroni n Cheese both delicious and Steven another bowl of French Onion Soup. Anytime we are in the are of this location or the other location this will be a have to stop in. Delicious food fun atmosphere and great staff.“

“I was genuinely excited to try this restaurant after passing by it so many times while traveling through Downtown Homewood. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit of a letdown. That said, it wasn’t terrible by any means, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. A friend and I dined here together as most of my readers know, I often bring someone along for reviews to offer more than just my own perspective. Appetizer: We started with the Tallulah Wings, opting for the Sweet Heat Dry Rub with Alabama White BBQ sauce. The first surprise was that the wings arrived already coated in the sauce. In my opinion, when a sauce is meant as a dip, it’s best served on the side, not as a coating. Unfortunately, the wings themselves were quite underseasoned it reminded me of drinking a LaCroix, with just a faint whisper of the sweet heat flavor. That said, the little flavor I could taste had a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of Golden Flake potato chips and those are undeniably delicious. I just wish the wings had packed more of a punch. Entrée: Next, we tried the Social Stack, essentially their version of a McDonald's Big Mac. I have to say, it was significantly better than a Big Mac. The sauce was flavorful, the patties were fresh and well-seasoned, and everything came together beautifully. It’s a rich burger, but the crispy, seasoned fries helped balance that richness. The freshness and flavor made this burger a standout I’d absolutely order it again. If it weren’t for the disappointing wings, this meal would have earned a solid 4 out of 5 stars. As it stands, I’m giving it 3 out of 5. However, I do plan to return and explore more of their menu. I believe there’s potential here, and I’m hopeful my next visit will be a more satisfying experience.“

“We visited this renovated food hall on our way out of Birmingham. The space itself is really cool and features some great food options. I had the poke and a bubble tea, which were both delicious. There is seating inside the hall and in the attractive patio space outside. Fun spot for a quick lunch!“

“I was staying in Birmingham for an occasion. I ordered a burger and fries to go from The Lab Bar and Grill. Malik Moore was my waiter and he was awesome. I had asked for a few extra items on the burger and Malik came back to double check and make sure that I didn’t want anything else on it. He was polite and professional.
