“This is the 1st time I've been to a McDonald's in a long while. I refuse to go to the one close to my house because of all the trouble we've had up there. But I'm glad I stopped in this one. My order was right, and the ladies there were nice, clean, and efficient.“

I've never had the excellent customer service anywhere like I had tonight at this Hanceville McDonald's. “I wish I had known about them sooner. A super pleasant atmosphere, very chill. Best priced and best tasting cappuccino I’ve had in Cullman County. I had the roast beef sandwich and it was really good, especially considering it was just a regular ole roast beef sandwich. It surprised me how good it was. I’ll definitely be back. I hope Cullman is giving them good business, they’re definitely a good business that is worth supporting!“

“I love the staff but they all need to be on the same page when it comes to making the sweet tea. It fluctuates to much on a day to day basis and I think they need to have the best tea maker train the rest of the staff so the taste of the sweet tea stays consistent other than that, I love the staff and store“

“Stopped by Flavors Bakery in Cullman and was greeted right as I walked in. They have a large selection of baked goods at fair prices, and when I asked if the offerings rotate, the staff explained that only their holiday items change seasonally. You can actually see the team preparing baked goods in the back, which adds a really nice touch and gives the whole place a warm, open feel.

I tried the orange roll and it was fantastic—soft, fresh, and full of flavor. They also offer coffee, with a clear menu posted up front. The shop itself is clean, bright, and well-kept, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The ability to see your pastries being made right behind the counter makes the experience even better.

“Let me tell you what when I saw it was five dollars per pop. I was kind of hesitant, but as they say when in Rome and I’m telling you what I was highly surprised completely amazed so much that I looked into getting a franchise of these back home, I spoke with the owner of this franchise here, Kirk Super awesome guy told me all about the business but what really sells it is all the different flavors and the quality of a gourmet popsicle. This isn’t cheap little popsicle truck with cheap popsicles. This is high-quality good stuff.“

“These small dunkin donut express inside the Pilot stations are actually better than the big stores. They are generally fresher and moister. Probably because they are behind the glass case unlike in the stores where they're out in the open and prone to get stale quickly.“
