“I had an issue with a recent order from LongHorn Steakhouse, as it was prepared incorrectly. However, when I called to report the problem, the staff was courteous and took full responsibility for the mistake. They promptly offered a sincere apology and went above and beyond by sending a gift card to make it right. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience reinforced my confidence in their service and I will gladly continue to support them.“

“Really enjoyed our time here! Katie took great care of us! She was helpful and patient and informative. It was my first time there and I thought the food was excellent! I especially loved the smoked wings! However, I was blown away by the banana pudding! Never had banana puddling like that before and now I'm hooked. I gotta figure out if they ship that pudding out of state 🤣 that might be the best I've ever had! Next time I come back to Birmingham, I'll definitely make time to stop by! A+++++ to management and staff!“

“I order pickup from here regularly and it is always a pleasant experience. The food is so good, my go to is the rib sandwich. The ribs are smoky and tender with just the right amount of seasoning. For the price you get a large amount of food. The staff are always smiling and friendly which rounds out an overall great experience.“

“Gotta say a big thank you to Jim ‘n Nick’s BBQ in Athens, GA. I drove through there, hoping to get the awesome sounding baked potato that is described on their menu. After ordering my kiddo’s chicken fingers, I asked for the potato only to be told they had run out of them for the night. 😞 when I pulled up to pick up our food,  the chef (Matt) had found out that I had really wanted a potato and so he gave me one for free. That makes potato might’ve been part of his employee meal he was taking home. I don’t know but that gentleman made my night.  by the way, the potato is very good, but the service was even better!“

The food was extraordinary and the staff that came to help serve was phenomenal-very kind and so helpful. “Top Shelf (((((Insider)))))?? !!!!!!!! KJ never disappoints. If it's not right then he will get it right!. Been going to see him for a few years now I think. KJ and Travis are really the only 2 Black Own Food Businesses that keep me coming back. It's not just about the food it's also about the spirit of the cooks and customer service!!!! I'm tryna diet but I'm craving that shrimp and okra right now oh and catfish and ribs and baked beans!!!!!! ?? I will truly order it all. KJ gone head and do a menu item and call it A Little Bit for this and that for $25 or $30 shrimp, chicken and fish or shrimp, chicken and a few bones ? I come in there being greedy sometimes. It be hard to choose that why I take forever ?.“

“There was some awful smell outside of the building front door that could not be explained... The waiter in the bar area was our server for this visit and he was spot on... He kept our glasses full and readily available for anything we needed... We did not care for the red BBQ sauce but their white sauce was very good, being mayonnaise based... Recommend everyone try at least once!“
