I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.“

The food is as good as you can get and the service was the same.
The lady doing drive thru interacting with people the way she does might not be a big deal to some people, but to me, she was a bright spot in an otherwise crappy morning. I hope her coworkers and employers appreciate her as much as they should.“

“Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! “We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. “Fast when food is ready, slow when it isn't. This place isn't actually a full sized Chick-Fil-A it;s on of there "Express" restaurants. As in, they don't have the full menu, just the essentials, nuggets, fries, sandwiches, etc. You walk up grab a drink and grab the items you need. This process can be incredibly fast, if the menu item your looking for is ready and there;'s no line. Otherwise, you end up waiting around for 5 minutes waiting for them to prepare it. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. Great places to seat inside and out. Just don't come during rush hour and expect to have nugget and fries immediately.“

Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“Rolled into this establishment looking for something to take the edge off until dinner. The place was empty, except for two (2) employees in the dining room. It appeared that one of them was a senior manager because he was in civilian clothes talking with a lady that appeared to be the manager who was wearing the Hardees garb. Service was decent and everyone greeted me with a smile and comment. Don't know if this was the norm, or it was happening because of the 'players' in the dining room. Either way it was appreciated. Order process was fast, and efficient. I ordered what I thought was a Kids Chicken Tenders meal but when I looked inside the bag all that was there were two (2) pieces of Chicken? If I recall correctly the Chicken tenders were listed on menu wall right under the Kids Meal so I assumed that it would include a drink, juice etc and fries... Well now I know it does not. My bust. Frankly the tenders were nicely cooked, fresh and hit the spot. The physical spot looked worn and sure needs some updating. Would try again just to verify the service. Nice work though on this visit.“

“I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? “I have to give major props to this Zaxby’s location. I’m usually not big on fast food unless it really stands out, and this one definitely did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our food came out to the table in under 3 minutes — hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The flavor was spot-on and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Hands down the best location I’ve visited, and we’ll definitely be coming back! I love the Lemon pepper flavor they added in the menu recently!!“
