This restaurant has been open less than a month and they are still getting bombarded with grand opening business, and from what I could tell, a slew of mobile orders. So I've been super patient through this all.
I know they are working through kinks and staffing issues, but things seem to be getting better and better. I highly recommend!

Over the weeks they have been open, we have had amazing experiences and horrible ones. I'm glad that the first ones were good because if they had been like tonight, it would have been crossed off our list for a long time.
We stopped in with once person in front of us and it took 15 minutes before our order was taken and then at least another 20 until we walked out with our food. Now, part of that was the fact only 2 people had shown up to work meaning they were bouncing...read full review

I’m sharing this feedback knowing you’re a new store with a new team learning their roles. Mistakes happen, and we understand. Our order included two sandwiches, but we received another customer’s order. The cashier was apologetic, and the grill cook was helpful in quickly remaking our order. Great customer service can go a long way in overcoming mistakes.

The restaurant is working through kinks and staffing issues, but things seem to be getting better and better. The #56 Big Kahuna is to die for. Over the weeks, there have been amazing experiences and horrible ones. On one visit, with one person in front of us, it took 15 minutes before the order was taken and at least another 20 until walking out with food. Only 2 people had shown up to work, bouncing between the grill, walk-in orders, mobile orders, and register. Dinner hours should really have more than 2 folks to keep up with demand. On another visit, the order included two sandwiches, but another customer's order was received. The cashier was apologetic, and the grill cook was helpful in quickly remaking the order. Great customer service can go a long way in overcoming mistakes. This brand new location is a welcome addition to the east side of town, easy to access from Moores Mill or Hwy 72. A Club Sub and a Chicken Salad Bowl were both excellent, although the chicken salad portion was small. Fast friendly service is always great. Everything is spotless and brand new. The sub ordered online was perfectly made and delicious.
