“The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant“

“This was my first time at any Hattie B's. Now I know what all the talk is about. This is the best chain (maybe any kind) of bone in fried chicken I have had. You can tell it is cooked fresh. Nice crust. They offer various levels of heat. I chose medium (3rd on the scale). It was a little too hot for my liking. I will drop down to mild next time. I got the half bird so I could try both the dark and white meat. Both were good, but the dark meat wins out. The white was just a touch dry in spots (juicy overall). For sides, I got the potato salad and the black eyed pea salad. Both were good, but the potato salad wins. I wish they had hot black peas, mash potatoes with gravy, and rice as gravy as options, but they do not. They did have mac and cheese and fries as options. My friend got those and gave them high marks. Another added benefit is this chicken reheats great in an air fryer. The staff were friendly. We were there around 7:30 at night. It was a good crowd (mainly college aged) there. It is a nice area right near St. Vincent's Women and Children's Hospital.“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play place at this location.

Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. “This remodel might be one of the worst ideas. Limited parking for indoor dining, and you have to wait wrapped around the building to park. I miss being able to drive past the line to park. The inside is smaller. Makes no sense. I hope you guys can bring back the lane to park and get rid of the parallel parking on the side. So dumb.“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“This Chick-fil-A has improved significantly since its remodel!

The employees are friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The addition of two lanes has noticeably sped up service, making the drive-thru experience much more efficient. It’s great to see this location turn things around, and I’m happy to support them now!“

“Being a fan of the Powell family and their delectable food they create; I had to try their new chicken wing business endeavor as soon as I possibly could. Today was finally that day. I, of course, went into it with high expectations. I’m picky about my wings. You need that perfect crisp on the outside in order for the sauce to stick and hold properly without making the wing soggy. It can be a slippery slope for most, as they tend to overcook and dry out your wings to achieve that crisp or they devastatingly pull the wings too soon resulting in a already soggy wing before the sauce even hits it. I won’t even go into the fiasco when wings have terrible sauces. At Drumz & Flatz, you don’t have to worry about any of that! The wings are cooked fresh which ensures the meat stays juicy and the outside gets crispy. The sauces? Phenomenal. I mean, was there any doubt that they wouldn’t be? We had the Jamaican Jerk and Garlic Parmesan with a side of Honey Sriracha and Hot to try. Our plates were served with fries, celery sticks, and homemade ranch. That ranch was to die for. We used it for the wings, celery, and the fries! Also, thank you for serving celery sticks. These are an absolute necessity when eating wings. Everything was just so delicious! I will definitely be back again.“

“I met my husband for lunch and the service was great. They were very busy, however, it took less than 15 minutes for us to place and receive our order. The dining room was clean and the employees were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I really appreciate the customer service we receive every time we go to a Chick-fil-A.“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“Brought my mom for lunch. I ordered The Chick with Fancy Nancy and mac-n-cheese. I like the apples, nuts, and grapes in Fancy Nancy. I did not enjoy the mac-n-cheese. It wasn’t very flavorful and seemed over cooked to me. It seemed like a weird color. That’s what made me think it was overcooked. I wish I had gotten the spinach salad instead of the mac-n-cheese. The spinach salad was great last time. I just thought I would try something different. My mom said her was ok.“
