“My daughter and I took a glass blowing class at Island Fire and Ellie was our instructor. She was great! She was patient and explained the process step-by-step, start to finish. We had a fun time learning about the process and creating! The art gallery is also beautiful. We really enjoyed our time here and higly recommend the classes and a visit to the gallery.“

“The service here is always so wonderful, the girls in the morning are so sweet to me and my daughter. They know me by name and always make my drink perfectly. I made the mistake of ordering my same drink at a different location once, and it was NOT the same. The only downside is knowing how crappy of a manager they have, and what they must have to deal with on a daily basis. I frequent this location enough to have encountered the manager on more than one occasion being absolutely rude to her young staff. These are kids that chose to show up to work at 5am rather than party or be on the streets somewhere. On one occasion, I was inside picking up a drink, and the manager basically threw a chair right next to where I was standing. She slid it so hard it made a very loud Louise and then literally yelled at the two girls “how hard is this to do!” If she’ll act this way in front of a customer, theres no telling what she’s subjected her staff to behind closed doors. Do better for your staff, do better for our next generation, and do better for our community Starbucks! Give these kids a manager who will lead them ethically and morally, give them something to look forward to and show them that the workforce isn’t something to be afraid of. That lady just isn’t right“

“Grand Bay Dunkin..... Hands down the best customer service! My daughter’s yearbook class decided to get Dunkin coffees for their Christmas party. So she volunteered to go this morning and get 13 coffees and 1 order of donuts! I tried Calling to see if I can go ahead and place the order over the phone but the line was busy. We walk in and apologized ahead of time lol We tell the lady we have a fairly large order. She said that’s ok! My daughter had a list with everyone’s name and what they wanted. She took the list and entered everything. Once she was done, her and the other workers all worked so well together filling our order. They even took the list and wrote all the names on each of the drinks. It was 6:50 in the morning and They never once complained or was rude. I can almost guarantee some places would have, they didn’t have to write the names on the drinks but they did. And some they put little hearts on them. We always go in there and we always have amazing service. But I had to make this post and hope these workers or the manage sees this.. Best Customer Service Ever! “This is the best McDonald I have ate at in years. I just moved to grand bay from Saraland (which their McDonald is always cold, not correct and just disgusting. I am just absolutely impressed. The staff are amazingly friendly , my food has been hot and correct every time. Since I ve been moving, we have ate there several times. Please keep up the good job, there aren’t many places like this anymore.“
