“I love this Chick-fil-A! My girlfriend loves their fries and Polynesian sauce so we go in a few times weekly! Cashiers are always friendly and we always chat with them some. Was super cool because one employee prayed over me and my girlfriend! Food is always hot and good and is out within seconds of paying every time. There is this nice older fellow who always keeps the front meticulously clean and organized, I appreciate his hard work! So to sum it up they’ve been awesome every time for me and the food is always good.“

“I've been to several KFC locations over the years, but this one deserves a definite plus from me. The food was decent, though I do miss the potato wedges, which they've replaced with regular fries (not quite the same!).

What really stood out, though, is that they got my entire order correct. That may not sound like much, but for me, it's a big deal. At most KFCs I've visited, something is usually off, missing items, wrong sides, etc. and I often don't realize until I'm already home. But this location got everything right. Maybe it was just a one-off, but still, it's a rare win in my book.

Also, in general, I've found KFC's customer service to be solid. Even when mistakes happen, as long as you call in and keep your receipt, they're usually willing to make it right. That kind of attitude goes a long way.

“Since the Moody location reopened, I have had nothing but great experiences with staff and my food! Kiki is a great manager and is willing to help you with the menu items or anything that pertains to that store very professional. I have gone during the day and night and have never had a bad experience with the store. Food is always exactly the way I want it to be in service from any other employee. There has always been great. I would highly recommend.“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

We ordered food from here for our end of year football party. due to weather (cold and rainy) we changed our party location last minute from Heardmont Playground to Chick Fil A. Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. “I grabbed some breakfast from the drive thru on my way back to Gadsden. I ordered a chicken biscuit add egg and cheese along with an order of hasbrowns and a large coke. Everything I ordered was made to perfection and I did not have to wait very long in line of the drive thru to get my order. The staff I encountered was polite and friendly.“
