Yes, mistakes happen, however this is one of several cleanest fast-food chains/stores I have ever had the pleasure of temporarily over seeing/working/dining at. Every aspect of what the health department requires is being met. “I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

We ordered food from here for our end of year football party. due to weather (cold and rainy) we changed our party location last minute from Heardmont Playground to Chick Fil A. Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. “The only thing we really don't like about the Olive Garden restaurant in Trussville is they quit issuing your Tab you have to pay it thru a IPad that doesn't get it right , Hoovers Olive Garden doesn't do that we prefer eating there much better but my daughter and son-in-law likes the Trussville one better so that's why we had to eat there at the Trussville one for 2 of our Grandkids birthdays last night“

“I have to say I have always liked Panera, and I've come to this location before without any issues. But the service today was spectacular! The cashier, I think his name was Steve, was so sweet and really made it a great experience. He was so friendly to greet us which I've never really had before since I use the kiosk to place the order. And he made sure to check in with us and make sure we were taken care of. It's not often you find customer service like that! The food is always good, but the service is what will keep me coming back!“
