“I wasn't sure what to expect, but this place is excellent. It's great for us Leighton residents, but if you're passing by on the highway, it's worth the 2 mile drive to stop in and pick up some food. We had the catfish and it's as good as any you'll find in fancy restaurants and the serving size is huge. The owners are very friendly and the food is excellent.“

“We were passing through Florence on our way back to Mississippi and stopped there to eat. Nice family atmosphere and very clean. We ordered the two piece catfish plate and had enough left for fish sandwiches the next day. The food was awesome! Catfish was crispy on the outside and flaky inside. The hush puppies were light and crispy. The slaw was the best ever. Delicious well prepared meal. We hope to visit again.“

“Our experience tonight was great. The greeting staff welcomed us and made us very comfortable as we were seated. Our server, Bebe, patiently answered our menu questions and quickly cleared up some substitutions we were wanting to make and got our orders submitted correctly. All while dealing with and laughing at our joking around. The food came out in a very reasonable time and was hot and very good. We were celebrating a birthday and really appreciated the recognition that our birthday girl was given as most of the staff came by and wished her a happy birthday. “I just want to take a minute and brag on the young man that was at the window last night, he was so polite and had a smile on his face the whole time, I know the atmosphere and I’m so impressed with him. After everything I said it was yes ma’am or no ma’am. All I have to say is great job young man. I believe his name is Ladrevon. Of course my food was great too! Nobody wants to do compliments anymore just complaints but this young man deserves some recognition!“
