“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.“

We had a party of 12, we were enjoying ourselves laughing and having drinks and they went with our flow and accommodated us perfectly without messing with our vibe at all. “We try to come here every time we come to Gulf Shores It’s a great pizza restaurant and love their taco pizza They were decorating for Mardi Gras so it should look great by the end of the night They can handle very large groups like we had in October(20 people) easily“

“My girlfriend and I ate there tonight and had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had out together. We had some drinks and started with the crab claws which are out of this world good. She got the blackened white fish and I got a shrimp po-boy, and oh boy were they delicious. They got our sides mixed up and brought out fresh made fries and okra for us pretty quickly. Everything we had was extremely good. The service was slow, but they were packed. Food is definitely worth the wait. My girl and I felt safe and appreciated there and will definitely be returning in the future (with friends)! 10/10“

“I like going to this waffle house. I come here because I feel lonely especially since it's me just all by myself without my late husband and my son and daughter-in-law with my grandkids stationed over in virginia. I come to this waffle house because I like the company. The service is good and the food is fantastic. We got some really great workers here. I believe that Kristen, Melissa, Jayne, Stephanie, Whitney, Katrina, Kadaisha, Linda and Holly are just about the sweetest waitresses. We also got some really great cooks like Calvin, Patrick, Jeremiah and Quincy. I also think that William is just about the friendliest manager. I really feel right at home here.
