“Love Cozumel! Nancy took real good care of us last night at the OWA location. She immediately thanked us for coming in and was so friendly and attentive the entire visit. Our food was so good and they give you plenty of it. The drinks are basically a work of art and super tasty. 🍹😋 We plan to make this a regular spot. Y’all go see them. 😁”

“I went through the drive thu so I do not know about the atmosphere. The service was below average. There were several workers standing around the windows and on their phones. (I wouldn't have cared but the one at the window had her back to me and never really greeted me, she gave me back my change wrapped in my receipt and dropped some of my coins as she was still talking with her co workers whole handing it to me
She handed me my drink almost in a shoving manner and I almost dropped the straw.
I was pleasant but I do think these young girls should be taught that while at work good customer service matters.
The food was good I had a #2 meal with lemonade

“We had a nice, romantic supper here last night. The food was phenomenal. We dined al fresco and the music was nice, and not too loud. We ordered Isle Dauphine oysters that were fantastic, as always. Our entrees consisted of the fresh catch dish, and a shrimp tagliatelle. Took home crème brûlée to-go and it tasted like perfection and was somehow still presented beautifully in the container. The only complaint I have is the mushroom “soup” was eaten with a fork—it was more like a hummus. But the flavor was on point! Thanks for a great evening.”
