“The food taste great. But hot and sour soup seafood for two had two shrimp. That’s it for the seafood hot and sour soup, dinner menu. The dumplings are delicious but the most tiny container of sauce, for eight dumplings! Feeling a little cranky. Never a question of flavor, it’s the best.“

“I have been eating here for the last four years whenever I come to the Alabama area. This restaurant, and their sister restaurants in Hoover and Montgomery, make incredible Salted Crispy Shrimp and Salted Crispy Chicken, among the best in the country. The prices are very reasionable and the staff are wonderful. Try one of these Salted Crispy dishes and you will come back again and again !“

“They do have a few tables but this is primarily a take-out stop. Really good food at very reasonable prices. Everything is good, but when I have a cold or flu their wonton soup is my standby. I think it's the best in town. Really never had anything that wasn't good though. The service is fast, and the people who run it are really nice“

We tried them a few more times and honestly, we judged too harshly on the first round.

I LOVE the fried rice, chicken or pork. My husband found something he likes as well, and Chinese donuts sweeten the deal. No delivery fees or price raising when you call in. They still deliver to my door hot and fresh every time. The prices in this economy are great for the amount of food they give you!

We discovered this place because a takeout menu was left on our door.

I want to first say that the service and delivery was fast. The food came hot and fresh. No complaints there.

We were disappointed by 2 things:
1. The Egg Drop Soup had peas in it. That has never been a thing. My husband is allergic to peas and that was what he ordered. No mention at all of peas on the menu.
2. I got pork fried rice noodles. They were definitely hot and made fresh, but they lacked in flavor. I could just be a trash goblin, but I like my stir fry cooked on a “seasoned” flat top. I found myself dumping soy sauce on it to enjoy it.

Also, no chopsticks

All in all, the people were great, the physical quality of the food is high tier. I was just really saddened by the lack of flavor and the peas in the soup“

“If you’re looking for bare bones. Great Chinese food this is the spot. I have the teriyaki chicken skewers on top of pork fried rice. Wonderful. I eat at restaurants all around the country. Always looking for great Chinese spots. This is definitely on the list.

“Lunch has a buffet. Dinner is takeout only. It takes about 15 minutes to make an order and walk out the door. You can order and pay online. Food is not kept under warming lights, so pick up on time or food may get cold. I love their chicken fried rice. The Triple Delight is also good. I do not recommend the Japanese Teriyaki Chicken. It's nothing like the Japanese restaurant. It's very "Chinese-style", in a sauce with green pepper and onion, and tastes only like green pepper.“

Although they do run out of entrees from time to time, there isn’t usually a big crowd and there almost always is a free table to dine in at, there are also a few tables outside. They used to have a drive-thru but scrapped it probably because of flooding issues. Restrooms are also clean and there’s lots of parking spots.“
