“Very friendly experience ❗️ The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and polite. They were fairly busy because it was Sunday after church . They have easy ways to order. Drive through, someone to take you order as well as an electronic system. The manager Gena Evan made a point to make sure our order was correct and everything was to our liking.

Their Food Service HR score was 97 which is outstanding for a fast food restaurant. I peaked over the counter to see if it was clean just to see and it ABSOLUTELY was. Including the bathroom. Thank you 😘KFC for hiring exceptional staff to take care of customers in our area. It was a refreshing experience 🥰

“OK, I am from Illinois and my kids LOVE Zaxby's. Whenever we drive on I-65 to Fort Walton Beach we stop at this particular location. The food is awesome... everyone knows that already. This place is special because the staff are always so nice and hospitable. It holds a special place in our hearts, so I have to give them props for doing a killer job. Please open locations in Illinois- my 4 children will eat there every day if given the opportunity LOL“

“Alot of food, high quality. Reasonable price. I got 7pc buffalo tenders w a drink and banana pudding. Gonna get 2 meals off it as well. Great flavor.Even banana pudding was great, it was suggested so I tried and loved it. Customer service was a A++++“

It's nice they have Lowrys at the counter to season your food to your liking with some more flavor but it would be better if the food was seasoned right out of the fryer instead of at the window.“

“We stopped on the way to the beach. In a quiet shipping complex, this was an easy in and out lunch. We tried the chicken salad salad with ranch dressing and pickles, the club sandwich with turkey and chips, loaded potato soup, and broccoli salad. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. Lots of beverages to choose from, including watermelon ice tea, strawberry lemonade, and soda. You order at the counter, get your drinks, find a seat, and wait as they bring out your food in a very prompt manner.“

“Was out this evening and saw KFC. Old memories and an unforgettable taste made me pull in and found plenty of parking.I was pleasantly met by my Ms.Erica. As she took my order my stomach growled in thinking of the 3 piece Big Box. Which came with mashed potatoes, slaw, a biscuit and Med. drink.While waiting I went to wash my hands. The restroom was as spotless as the dining area. The service , area and food was absolutely great and all those old memories were relived and satisfied .. yes I will return without a doubt.

“KFC is barely hanging on because management has moved away from marinade times. This was once the best chicken around. Now they compete with others selling chicken.They do still have the best fries, and still is the only place other than my cooking where I will eat dark meat. When marinated and cooked properly no other can compete.One year ago I ordered around 3 P. M. and was served old chicken so I didn't return until the first Sunday in November 2022. Finally I got the taste and freshness I remember but I still fail to understand why timers aren't a priority all the time anymore.“
