We ask if they could hold it until we came back through. She replied absolutely, we will keep it safe for you. We stopped by on our way back home to retrieve card and grabbed food. They were spot on with being helpful and with our order. It was fresh and hot. We ordered through mobile app because they had a store(bus load-literally)full of youth group. Nothing but praise and admiration.“

“Tonight was the sixth different night, me and my husband have attempted to eat a Chicken Salad Chick in Cullman. Over the past two months, all six times we have been, they are out of everything. Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.“
