EDIT: 9/8/2026 THIS PLACE WAS PACKED TONIGHT BUT SERVICE WAS TOP TIER!! FOOD HOT AND FRESH! The food was delicious!! Chicken crispy and seasoned to perfection! STAFF WAS EXTREMELY OVER WHELMED BUT CALM, PROFESSIONAL, AND PATIENT! I WAS A BIT IRRITATED ON THEIR BEHALF!! THE RESTAURANT INSIDE WAS PRETTY DECENT. IF I WERE RICH I WOULD GIVE EVERYONE THAT WORKED TONIGHT $1,000.00 cash. STAY BLESSED YALL!

Customer service was really good for the most part. Very fast service and the chicken was hot and fresh. I didn’t care for the mashed potatoes or the biscuits. We purchased a 16 piece dinner

Church's Texas Chicken is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, including the signature Spicy Breasts and creamy Mac and cheese. While the drive-thru can sometimes be slow and crowded, walking in allows for a quicker experience, typically within 5 minutes. The staff is generally friendly and provides good service. However, some customers have reported long wait times and issues with the drive-thru, such as a broken speaker. Despite these occasional challenges, the chicken is often praised for its freshness and flavor. Overall, Church's Texas Chicken remains a reliable option for those seeking tasty, quick food, though customers may need to be prepared for potential delays, especially during peak hours.
