Great food and friendly staff.
They were not friendly
The Chipotle in Eastchase & Prattville are much better. The Line was slow, had to wait on the chef to prepare more honey chicken, noisy and they were out of Sweet Tea amongst other drinks. Trash was on the floor of the lobby where customers eat and the workers were just lounging around the counter. Mainly, when the food finally came, it wasn't up to Chipotle standards in my opinion. This establishment isn't that old & should be ran better than what I viewed. Start with management....read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good food with fresher ingredients and a pleasant environment. The staff are generally friendly and happy, creating a nice atmosphere. Service can sometimes be slow, especially when they are understaffed, but the staff that work there are pleasant. Customers enjoy sitting outside and appreciate the clean bar area. Overall, it is a nice place to enjoy a meal, though wait times for certain ingredients may occur.
