“When I came into the restaurant I was greated with a hello from Shirley. Shirley was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She seemed to be running the front of the house along with giving directions to back of the house and drive through. The restaurant was very clean. When Shirley brought out my food she even thought of bringing extra butter for my dish. I am a manager of a local chain and the customer service here was absolutely outstanding. “UPDATE: Within 24 hours I received a phone call from the district manager, Laticia, explaining that there were some issues the night we were there that she is actively working to resolve. She was deeply apologetic and offered my husband and I a complementary meal. She showed real, true professionalism and understanding. She very much cares for her customers and providing a more than satisfactory experience. Updating my rating to 5 stars because I could not have asked for a better response. Thank you Laticia!We went through the drive through with two simple orders. We sat in line for 45 minutes. We finally had to leave without food to make it to an appointment. This is the second time we have had to leave without our food at the drive through because of excessive wait times. We thought the first time might have been a fluke but with it occuring a second time several weeks apart it's obviously just the norm. Won't be returning for a third try/disappointment.“

“It was good staff was great but this company need to just call those chicken tenders chicken bits or super nuggets cause the tenders are small but good fish was a good size and good that's what made me happy the fish the shrimp is small and flat company fault though it's overall I'd go back“

Seeing this place's positive listing on Bring Fido we thought it would be perfect for a first night out with our pet. We chose well! From the moment we arrived the staff were super friendly and even brought our new dog some water from the patio. Jason made sure we had everything we needed for a great night. Food was all around fantastic, and the patio was a fun way to experience downtown for the brief time we were here. If you're just passing through, I can't recommend this place enough!“

Since they are good in everything else except food. And I agree food taste can be different person to person.“

“The food was decent and I liked the overall atmosphere. The look and feel of the place is great. What I wasn't keen on was the service, or lack there of. We barely saw our waiter and had to flag a random staff member down to get the check and to-go plates. They dropped everything off and were moving everywhere else around the restaurant until we flagged them down. They had just opened, so it wasn't crowded, it just seemed like they were still prepping to open. It wasn't the greatest dining experience, but I do plan to go back eventually.“

“My new favorite place to visit whenever I'm in Montgomery. First time going, last month, I went back twice in the same day. Third time was on last Friday, the food never disappoint. Today, was my fourth time back, service is always superb and the food hit every time.“
