“Amazing atmosphere, service, and cocktails. I went with my friend on a Tuesday night and it was a great place to grab a drink post dinner and chat! Lovely cozy atmosphere with nice music, easy to talk and enjoy our drinks! I got the el Diablo and she got the Granada cocktail both were delightful! Our server Joe was great, very kind, friendly, and prompt in helping us!“

“First I would like to thank our server/waiter. He was very friendly. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful with the menu. We had never eaten Condado before. I am so indecisive with a menu where you can create your own taco burrito and bowls because I want everything! And have questions. He suggested several things and was absolutely correct about them. I ordered a steak soft taco and a chicken soft taco, just meat and cheese. I had just left chemo and was absolutely starving. They loaded the tacos with meat. They were so delicious and flavorful. A burrito was also ordered and it was loaded with ingredients. They are very filling and big enough to share. We will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful experience today. I’m also grateful to whomever paid for my meal today. Thank you for showing such kindness.“

“Perfect spot! My niece invited my sister and I out for her 40th birthday party. The lounge was so laid back. Good lighting, parking, and seating. Everything's set up so nice, including the bar, along with great bartenders as well. Great space for a nice party, meeting, reception, etc.“

Onyx. 11pm arrival. Only Latino here but nobody cared. Friday. $20 cover. Street parking available. Good crowd and energy. Smoking allowed inside but good ventilation. Music at a tolerable level. You can sit anywhere until someone gets a bottle and wants your spot. Employees are super chill. I would be curious to see this place in the summer with the very clean outdoor pool.

Everyone was friendly and there were some serious cuties here. Nobody in dancer attire. Just people drinking and some girls dancing in street clothes. I’m sure things might change as the night goes on.

“I was in town for a wedding this weekend and stayed at The Kelly. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious for being in a historic building. The price was fantastic for such a nice hotel in a good location. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. I didn't get the names of the front desk workers but they were absolutely terrific! The valets are some of the best I've ever encountered. Eric, Tory and Thomas went out of their way to be helpful every single time. One evening I accidentally left a bag in the car and Thomas volunteered to go all the way back to the parking garage to get it for me. From now on, when I am in Birmingham I won't be staying anywhere else but The Kelly. I suggest you do too!“

“We were in town from Mobile Al playing a softball tournament and decided to give the Cajun Steamer a try during a big break. Our waitress and her mom both who both work there greeted us and were so kind.

The food was great 👍 Tuna Dip, Fried Pickles, Cajun Pasta, Fried Shrimp, Seafood boil. We will definitely be back any time we are in the are.“

“Got there at 10:30 am but they wasn’t open until 11 am. When they did open the server wasn’t there yet so we had to wait 10 minutes. We had two waitress I guess one was training. They immediately got our drinks, I got a can pop and the other two had to go cups. The sampler was $20 👀👀👀 then we ordered two cheeseburgers, and the wing and catfish combo. Burgers was pretty good, catfish was a lil undercooked, chicken wings had a lot of blood in them prior to cooking so the meat was basically brown. The seasoning they put on the food after it’s fried was pretty good. So after two cheeseburgers, a wings and fish combo, and appetizer player our bill was $100?! But I paid it but it just didn’t make sense. Would I come back? Yes to see the atmosphere at night, but I would choose limited items!!

“Ok, so I’ve been to Trussville Social 6-8 times and always have had horrible experiences. It’s clearly very poorly managed. The service is usually awful, as is the food. A friend had a birthday party last night, with a group of about 50 people. I was real bummed when I found out that I had to spend an evening at Trussville Social. While I didn’t order food (that ship has sailed, I will NEVER order their food again, especially with Ferus right next door) our server was absolutely amazing! Nicole was very attentive and sweet. She knew everyone by name in a matter for a few minutes and hustled to make sure we all had what we needed. Nicole’s service restored my faith in this establishment and I may even go back on my own accord at some point, for a drink. I will say that there was a group that was WAY over-served playing the punching game all evening. They were screaming and yelling and acting a fool. One of the members of their party threw up everywhere. He should have been cut off but, again, poor management. Thanks Nicole!!! You are awesome!!!!“
