“This place is a hidden gem in Pleasant Grove. 15-20 minutes from Birmingham and with the drive. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The food is very fresh and delicious, you can tell there's a lot of love put into it. There are American choices for the less adventurous eaters and children's menu, also vegetarian options! My personal favorites are the falafel plate, Greek salad, tahini sauce, hummus and baklava. All homemade! Go try it, you won't be disappointed!”

The interior is pleasant and warm, and if we hadn’t been on the road I could see having a lovely book club meeting or a quick lunch for 2 here. Great ambiance, great service. Also such a unique and local food option vs rushing through a fast food drive-thru. We have family in the area and will absolutely be returning!”

“I love this place! It has a warm environment and caring staff. It’s the best place in town to get a chicken salad. The chicken is seasoned well and very tender. The dressing appears to be made from scratch. They are also very generous with their portion sizes, I can often share. If you haven’t tried this place it’s worth checking out! It was like a tangy-lemon-limey-feta-cheesy- dab of SHEER HEAVEN!!!! And the fresh Collard Greens? Oh. My. lord. THE BEST I have EVER had…EVER!!!! Better than my Grannie’s, god rest her soul. The Chicken was divine and I saw that they also barbeque Lamb Chops. I’ll try those next time. Everyone there are some of the kindest folks you will ever meet. Don’t feel like eating in? Go through the drive-thru and get a quart of that Mac-n-cheese and collards. I can’t even begin to describe how delicious they are. For real!!!! They Cater too!!! Divine!!!!”
