“I ordered two subs today through the app, But I had accidentally ordered them to the wrong location (Opelika location instead of Phoenix city). Once I got to the Phoenix city location I quickly realized i had ordered it to the wrong place because they couldn’t find my order, so I called the Opelika location to see if I could cancel my order because of my mistake. I was told by a girl manager at the time that there is no exceptions for canceling order if I had ordered it ordered to a different location. I was super upset knowing that I had just wasted $23 and still had no lunch for me or my partner and didn’t want to spend that money again. so I had placed a case through the app to see if I could get any resolution to my problem. Until Rocco another store manager from the Opelika location called me to find out more about my problem. Rocky was super professional and immediately took action to resolving my issue. He even told me that usually if someone Accidentally orders it to the wrong location the other location will call them to see if the order is there and if it is they would remake it at the location, which was some thing that the other girl manager never mentioned to me even after I sounded upset. Big shoutout to Rocco for delivering great customer service, now I will be gladly returning to eat lunch here when I pass through the area!“

“I was in this facility on Friday around 5pm. There were 2 men working. The man that sliced my sandwich knew what I wanted due to the fact I am a regular and I never change from my 13. He provided excellent customer service and was very efficient as always. I asked him his name and it's Harrison. I highly recommend giving him a raise. He does his job with a smile.“

“The food is always good but its located in a residential building with a one entrance parking lot that can get quite crowded at times. I only gave 4 stars because the last time I visited I went through the drive thru and I ordered a ft. long Philly Cheesesteak but when I got back to work they had given me some kind of pepperoni sub that I ate anyway ( it was delicious). I still want that Philly Cheesesteak sub but you can never call that subway because they never and I mean never have answered the phone whenever I've tried to contact this Subway.
Wheelchair accessibility: A nice wheelchair ramp at the front entrance.“

“Food was fresh, and served quickly. Good typical subway sandwich when you are on the road.Parking lot/building isn't placed in the best spot being just off the exit ramp though.
Parking: Parking was easy even with our camper, (we just had to took up a few spots) but pulling out of the lot to make a left is difficult being the interstate off ramp is right there by the entrance/exit.“

“Brittney at the drive-thru window could afford to be friendlier.. she is far from it. No smile, didn’t greet me, got upset when I wanted to use my rewards and had to “re-ring my order up”. Teiarra saved the day though, she was a breath of fresh air and who should be greeting and helping customers. My sandwich was delish!“
