“I dropped in one morning just to check the place out! Breakfast is my favorite meal for dining out. It was an outstanding experience. Fresh food, properly prepared and served quickly. I had the scrambled eggs with jalapeños. Both the coffee and salsa were good too! I'll be back!“

I was seated immediately and my server had my order just a few minutes later. I thought the food was excellent and saw many other plates that came out that looked equally good. “Love this place. First time going. My husband got the bagel with lox and said it made him feel like he was at a deli in New York City-fantastic!I got a toasted plain bagel. I had already reviewed the menu so I knew they didn’t have peanut butter and I brought my own Jif to Go. The bagel was excellent.My husband got a drip coffee and said it was good. I got the Cuban coffee and it was amazing, just as good as Cuban Coffee Queen in Key West.Friendly staff. We had no problem parking on a side street.We’ll be back next time we’re in Foley or Gulf Shores!!Vegetarian options: I brought my own peanut butter. “In Orange Beach on vacation looking for dinner with a couple hungry kids, all the “normal” dinner places right here in walking distance were full up with an hour wait but low and behold the Waffle House was empty and we sat immediately. The hostess/waitress/cook was the most wonderful and helpful server I have had in years. I can’t tell you how much fun the kids had having breakfast for dinner and our waitress made the whole time so memorable.Kid-friendliness: They catered to my kids - wonderful“
“This is the best Waffle House I have ever eaten at! The server was kind, courteous, and great at her job-Milisa was her name I do believe. The bacon was cooked perfect-done but still soft. They were very busy. We were seated with very little wait and our food was out in just a few minutes. Thanks for all the hard work-great team work at this waffle house!“

The best country ham I have had from a Waffle House in years. I was offered a take-home box, syrup, and utensil without even asking for it. “Exactly what I expected for this restaurant, hot buffet with home style cooking. Is it gourmet or fancy? No! But it's not meant to be! It's meant to be hot comfort food. The omelette bar was great, like someone cooking for me at home. We went between breakfast and lunch and got both type of food. It had eggs, corned beef hash, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, on lunch side fried chicken, rice, green beans, gravy (I forget the other items). I love the selection and good tasted good to me. The price has gone up a bit than their website, ~$16 an adult, in case anyone is wondering about price.“
“The employees at the Orange Beach Alabama location ROCK.. They work together to assure the customers are seated in a timely manner, orders are taken and food is served fast with a Smile. It was nice being able to see teamwork and Not the typical Cuss fest or fight that I've witnessed at several other Waffle House Restaurants in the past.
