“Always pretty quick always friendly and help with the app at the window n never rush you and pick up window never complains n gladly puts whatever condiments you ask for in your bag n will even stop go get a box from the back n open it up for you if they are out of any of your sauces ketchup whatever doesn't matter and if they mess up an order they will always gladly fix it

But one thing, I guess I can share the responsibility, but I was so happy with the fast paced service and customer service I pulled out got on the freeway and didn't have a straw for my smoothie. However, I always order through the drive through or the app and I have, on at least 5 occasions now, been given a latte with espresso/coffee when I have ordered a Chai latte. Since I do not drink coffee this has been a little bit annoying.“
