“I hate to say this but whoever is creating the employee schedule may need to bit more training. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but my first time leaving a review. The employees are excellent and my drinks are always the same as the very first time I ordered! The only issue with this location is the number of employees on duty…Having 2 people making drinks and 1 person taking drive thru orders during lunch time is a terrible idea. I pre ordered through the app at 12:00. Joined the line of about 9-12 cars at 12:03. I just left the line at 12:30… when I got to the window, one of two of my drinks weren’t even finish. Don’t do this to your customers especially when most of us are on a lunch break and most importantly, don’t burn out your employees. Stop being cheap (if this is the reason why only 3 people are working) and hire more people to work during your busiest hours please.“

“Always pretty quick always friendly and help with the app at the window n never rush you and pick up window never complains n gladly puts whatever condiments you ask for in your bag n will even stop go get a box from the back n open it up for you if they are out of any of your sauces ketchup whatever doesn't matter and if they mess up an order they will always gladly fix it
