“Best pizza is Huntsville! My family and I are regular diners at the wood fire grill and the pizza is consistently AMAZING!!! We ordered pizza tonight for movie night and the kids were so excited. Jessie is a breath of fresh air. She runs the restaurant extremely well. Not only does she have strong managerial skills, but she always remembers our names and asks about our babies. ☺️ She really makes the place special.“

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. “We tried Nonna's for the first time last week, and we were very impressed. It was upscale, but not so much that you would ever feel underdressed. We tried the appetizers (mozzarella sticks), the pasta bake trio (excellent!), the fettucine alfredo (outstanding, and a different flavor than what I was used to. But nonetheless, wonderful!). We are looking forward to going back and trying more of the selections from the menu. Well done!“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner.
