“Went through the drive-thru today and ordered my usual chicken nugget meal, and the manager surprised me by throwing in a Chicken & Waffle Sandwich. Y’all… 🤤 LET ME JUST SAY… it is SO GOOD! I honestly wouldn’t have thought to order it myself, but now I’m hooked! 😂

“My husband and I went through the drive through. Service was friendly and quick. Food was exceptionally tasteful. Delicious salad. Way better than any other drive through salad I’ve ever had. Golden crispy fried onions were the icing on top of the cake, just in this circumstance, SALAD! French fries better than McDonald’s on the low scale and Red Robbin’s on the higher scale. 10/10.“

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Zaxby’s from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately stood out. The dining area, drink station, and even the bathrooms were spotless — something you don’t always see at fast food restaurants, especially during busy hours.

The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The staff greeted customers as they came in, kept the line moving quickly, and still made everyone feel valued instead of rushed. You can tell this location is extremely well managed because the employees worked together smoothly and professionally the entire time.

The food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh to order. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still piping hot when they hit the table. Even the toast was buttery and fresh. The sauces were stocked, the portions were generous, and every item looked like it was prepared with care instead of just thrown together quickly.

What really impressed me was how efficient the entire operation was. Even with a steady crowd, the wait time was minimal and orders were being handled accurately and quickly. You rarely find a fast food location that combines speed, quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service this consistently.

This Zaxby’s sets the standard for what a restaurant experience should be. It’s obvious the team takes pride in what they do, and it absolutely shows in every part of the experience. “First time ordering from the app. I needed a quick meal to drop off to my family between errands. I was greeted with a smile. I informed the young lady I was picking up an order, but I also wanted to order some wedges. She asked if I mind the wait, because they are cooking. After sitting down another young lady, smiled and told me my order would be up shortly. The environment was welcoming and the two young ladies were very polite. My food was hot and ready.“

“They got too many people playing around behind the counter and not concentrating on what they're doing. You order through the app and it's never ready when it's supposed to and takes them forever to put it together AFTER you get there.“
