“Came to this location after having a really bad experience with a different one earlier, and these guys stepped up and really made my day a lot better since they handled my order with no attitude and got me out the door in less than five minutes, which is already leaps more than I could say about the former location. “This place is the best. The ladies here are always smiling and on point when it come to making sandwiches. I won't go to another store, the customer service is the best. The staff is great. I'm greater with a smile each and everyday I open that door. No matter what time you come in, they ready for you with a large smile and a happy attitude. They brighten my lunch each time. “So I’ve been frequenting this establishment for some months now since they opened. Their service has been exemplary since day one and, uncharacteristically of most places in Columbus, they have managed to maintain that level of customer service and rapport that far exceeds almost everywhere else I’ve been here. Chloe, specifically, seems to take the time to get to know the customer and my experience feels tailor made every time, and it doesn’t ever feel like I’m stopping by to do business but visiting friends and getting something along the way, which invariably holds higher intrinsic value than just these g.a.f. Sammiches!“

Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.

Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.“

“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.“
