“Ashton, our waitress was very nice, and did an amazing job.
Dana, the manager made sure everybody got their food. She made sure the cooks didn't forget anything. A lot of people were ordering bacon egg and cheese melts..... me being one of them. They almost forgot to make one (mine ?) Dana was on top of it before I even needed to mention it.
I love eavesdropping on her conversations she sounds fun ?
If Dana reads this Texas Roadhouse DOES sound good, and tomato pie doesn't!“
“I don't typically leave reviews, but this Waffle House genuinely earned one. From the moment we walked in, the energy was different. The staff were upbeat, smiling, and clearly enjoying themselves. At one point they started riffing on the music playing overhead, remixing it into Waffle House-themed lyrics on the spot. It sounds like a small thing, but it made the whole experience genuinely fun.
The food came out in under five minutes, no exaggeration, and it was exactly what you want from Waffle House. The restaurant itself was noticeably clean and well-kept.
This place is a reminder that great service comes down to the people. Whoever manages this location has built something special. Please don't lose the staff or the culture you have here. It shows, and your customers notice.
